Casual reminder that “Compulsive Heterosexuality” is a terf term that was specifically meant to discredit m-spec people as having ‘real’ orientations, and continued use of that term has the effect of making spaces inherently unsafe for trans women, m-spec people, trans men, and nb folk.

Coercive heteronormativity means the same thing without being attached to terfs, transmisogyny and biphobia so we should start using that if we’re serious about no-platforming terfs/not using their rhetoric and terms.
