Nothing in this world is going to change that. Learning to be an ally is learning to deal with feeling uncomfortable. Its learning how to shut your mouth and listen. Its learning to step down and let a minority raise their voice.

I don’t care if you get your feelings hurt in the process of learning to be an ally. It isn’t about you.
