me, as I’m being an asshole turning on every faucet in the house: i don’t see you screaming at Nestle for literally stealing water from populations or other corporations doing the same who are causing more damage than any one human can so fuck you
When someone says “don’t be an asshole,” the answer isn’t “OH YEAH BUT THERE ARE BIGGER ASSHOLES OUT THERE”
But when someone puts blame on the individual for what’s the fault of corrupt industry and cooperations, it’s time we stop trying to make it the individuals problem and hold the corrupt responsible.
